This app helps you adding glitter effects to your video/photo just like camera lens flare with cross filter. It makes the object shining in different ways: colorful,
bokeh, glare,...
Your dress, jewelry, ring, nail will sparkle like magic.
You can also adjust lighting levels or lighting size by two powerful slidebar on the top left. But be careful, too much light will causes a delay.

* A lot of filters are available, swipe left/right to change filter type.
