L'application Client de Ankata permet aux utilisateurs de reserver un taxi ou une autre voiture avec chauffeur, la position géographique du client est
communiquée au chauffeur qui vient le cherché là ou il se trouve. La demande est envoyée au chauffeur le plus proche et l'utilisateur a l'option de reserver pour plus tard.
La position du chauffeur est visible au client avec la possibilité d'établir un contact téléphonique au besoin et un boutton d'urgence est disponible pour le client.
